Our Sectors of Specialization includes:

Micro- Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) Development, Agriculture, Cluster Development, Human Rights issues such as women rights, child rights, labour rights, rights of the minorities, rights of tribals and other ethnic groups, etc., Watershed Development, Alternate Livelihoods through Sub-Sectors, Panchayati Raj & Local Self Governance, Education, Health and other issues related to socio economic developments.

Our area of expertise includes:

Assessment/Impact Assessment Study, Strategic review and assessment of programmes and policies, Pre-Funding Appraisal, Strategic project intervention planning, Project formulation, Project Monitoring Consultancy (PMC), Evaluation Study, etc of different development projects.
Process Documentation, Preparation of training module, Organizing Training Programmes/ Workshops/ Seminars, etc. on different need & rights based issues .
Conducting PLE (Participatory Learning Exercises) and facilitate micro plan development exercises.
Undertake enterprise diagnostic study in a cluster approach, Value chain Analysis and provides cluster development support services for both traditional and nontraditional enterprise clusters.
Undertake Environment & Social Impact Assessment (E & SIA) Study at the site of different development projects, industrial sites, road constructions, etc.
Undertakes study " research on different emerging issues of development and as per the requirement of our clients.

Applications are invited from All Water Users Associations (Pani-panchayat ),NGOs, Clubs, Cultural Group, Dance Groups, FOLK DANCE Groups, LIBRARY and Individual Artists of repute are welcomed and requested to register them as free member to avail all the benefits as under being provided by Shelter NGO consultancy centre and also to work as with as coordinating /Associated organization.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
Different Water Users Associations, Pani-panchayats ,NGOs, Clubs, Cultural Groups, Dance Groups, FOLK DANCE Groups, LIBRARY and Individual Artists of repute in social work or cultural or sports activities to submit their expression of interest by registering them as a member partner of NGO shelter to manage cultural centers, Computer education centers, vocational education centers and such other units or branches and marketing center for marketing different NGO products of shelter to be opened in each block head quarter of ODISHA State .
