All Water Users Associations ( Pani-panchayat ),NGOs, Clubs, Cultural Group, Dance Groups, FOLK DANCE Groups, LIBRARY and Individual Artists of repute are welcomed and requested to register them as free member to avail all the benefits as under being provided by Shelter NGO consultancy centre.
Shelter NGO consultancy centre has been functioning in head office of NGO SHELTER and Sri Fakir charan Das, Secretary of SHELTER is working as Chief-coordinator. It has been taking member from each district as primary memberto involve and develop them in different social development activities. There are 106 NGOs and social organizations are member of the forum. To provide them proper consultancy/care our Organization has been affiliated to NEHRU YUBA KENDRA,KHURDA AND PRACHIN KALA KENDRA,CHANDIGARH. We have been receiving cooperation, guidance and help from VELMOC International and GNARITUS India in all our activities.
Shelter NGO consultancy centre has established its branches in all districts of ODISHA including a LIBRARY and a FOLK DANCE RESEARCH CENTRE at Bilasuni Gram Panchayat of Niali Block of cuttack district under the control of which 31 folk dance groups in different cultural fields in Cuttack, Puri & Khurda District and also in different districts of the state are functioning. It has formed 60 Nos of water users associations (PANIPANCHAYAT) in Puri District, One water users association in Khurda District & 41 water users associations in Cuttack District. We do liaising work for our partner agencies on mutually agreed terms for preparation of project report, project proposal.We are also provide affiliation to NGOs, Clubs, Cultural Group, Dance Groups and Individual Artists of repute. We also provide district & state level services for registration of F.C.R.A. (Foreign Contribution) and 35AC of I.T. Act. 1961. Our other consultancy services are also available as under.
